Jewelry may be returned for a full refund within 15 days after you receive the item. Only items in new, never worn condition will be accepted for full refund. Returns are inspected and processed within 7 business days of receipt.
Credit is issued to your original method of payment less any shipping, and you will receive an email confirmation. We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 15-day return period.
We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for filing a claim with the courier if items are damaged during return shipping.
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and unable to be exchanged. All returns or exchanges must be authorized by Jewelry Made Rite.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
All items sold at a discount of 50% or more are considered clearance items. Clearance items are considered final sales and are non-refundable and unable to be exchanged. Only items in new, never worn condition that are returned within 15 days upon receiving the item can be returned for a full refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please notify us immediately if your package arrives damaged. If an item arrives damaged, we must be informed within 24 hours of the shipment’s delivery. While we take every measure to properly package our shipments, there are rare occasions when damages occur in transit. Please call us at 515.202.9347 and we will work with you to resolve this matter.
If you need to exchange a piece, send us an email within 14 days of purchase, at jewelrymaderite@gmail.com with a picture of the faulty item, and we will assist you promptly.
Immediately after the exchange is approved, we will send you a return label for you to return the faulty item(s), and we will send you a new piece - free of charge.
